Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Market Ranger subscriptions. Seller: Market Ranger, sole proprietorship of Serhii Popov, Fårupled 11D, 7300 Jelling, Denmark. CVR/VAT DK46836529. Contact: serhii@marketranger.ai.

1. How billing works

Prices are in USD and shown on our pricing page. Start includes a first month free, with no card required. After that, Start is $499/month if you choose to continue. Pro is $899/month. Platinum is $1,099/month.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.

2. Free trial (Start)

The first month of Start is free. Because no payment is taken for that month, there is nothing to refund for the trial itself. If you do not continue, simply do not add a payment method or cancel before paid billing starts.

3. Paid subscriptions

You may request a refund of your first paid charge within 14 days of that charge, if you have not used the Service in a way that makes a refund unreasonable (for example, substantial sending already completed in that paid period). After 14 days, fees for a started billing period are not refunded, except where Danish or EU law requires otherwise.

If we cancel the Service for convenience, or if a charge was made in error, we will refund the unused portion.

4. How to request a refund

Email serhii@marketranger.ai from the account email, with the approximate payment date and Paddle reference if you have it. We aim to reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method through Paddle.

5. Cancellation

Cancel at any time in the app or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not by itself refund the current paid period, except as described above.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank so we can help. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
