Privacy Policy

1. Data we process

• Website and demo forms: name, work email, company, and the message you send (for example to oles@marketranger.ai).
• Accounts: login, company profile, product and buyer information you enter, and usage logs needed to run the Service.
• Billing: name, business email, billing country, and transaction identifiers. Card data is handled by Paddle — we do not store full card numbers.
• Prospect research: business contacts we find from public and commercial sources, as described in section 2.

2. Business contacts we research (“prospects”)

To help our customers find relevant business buyers, we process the name, job title, business e-mail and business phone number of people at companies that may be relevant to our customers, the company they work for, publicly available information about that company, and the history of messages sent and received through the Service, including unsubscribe requests. For this research we act as an independent controller.

Sources (categories): the company's own public website; public business and government registers; public map and business-listing services; public web search results; and commercial providers of business contact data. You may ask us which source your data came from.

Legal basis: our and our customers' legitimate interests in business-to-business marketing (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), weighed against your interests in a written assessment available on request. We do not process data about consumers or sensitive data, and we do not contact recipients in Denmark by unsolicited e-mail.

Retention: we keep prospect data only while it is relevant to our customers' business-to-business outreach and delete it when it is no longer needed; an unsubscribe record is kept as long as needed to respect your request.

Your right to object. You may object at any time to the use of your data for direct marketing: reply “unsubscribe” to any e-mail or write to serhii@marketranger.ai. We will stop all contact and keep only the minimum record needed to make sure you are not contacted again.

3. Why we process it

We process data to provide the Service and trial (contract), to bill you (contract / legal obligation), to reply to demo requests (legitimate interest or steps toward a contract), to keep the Service secure (legitimate interest), and to meet tax and accounting rules (legal obligation). Prospect research is described in section 2.

4. Sending email from your mailbox

Approved emails are sent from your own mailbox at a safe daily limit. You are the sender. Unsubscribe requests are honoured automatically. We do not sell personal data or contact lists.

5. Sharing

We share data with providers of hosting, e-mail delivery, AI text processing, search and data enrichment, and with Paddle for payments. We do not sell your data. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, disputes, and legal records. Billing records are kept as required by Danish bookkeeping rules. Demo emails are kept as needed to handle the request.

7. Your rights

If GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and you may complain to Datatilsynet (Denmark) or another EU supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email serhii@marketranger.ai.

8. International transfers

Providers may process data outside Denmark. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Cookies

The marketing site uses cookies or similar storage that are necessary to run the site (for example security and load). We do not use the site for advertising profiles. The app may use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in.

10. Children

The Service is for businesses, not for children.

11. Changes
